HR Operations Specialist
- In partnership with the Director, the Specialist designs user-centered approaches for critical HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, and supports cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and systems within and/or managed by the Human Resources division
- The Specialist serves as a technical resource for the HR team, supports special projects, and manages systems/processes related to the agency’s internal operating procedures
- Annual salary is between $62-68K, based on experience
