2023 Deloitte Courageous Principals Weekend 

The Deloitte Courageous Principals training programs deliver an immersive and dynamic curriculum for K-12 school leaders over 2.5 days, offering:

  • Accomplished facilitators experienced in leadership and influence techniques
  • Experiential and problem-based learning leveraging real-life principal challenges
  • Expanded professional networks and team-based learning to share ideas and work together to develop collaborative strategies.

The School & Systems Leadership team (SSLT) will sponsor a limited number of alumni (value of ~$650 per alum) for the February and April 2023 weekend sessions that will be hosted in person in Westlake, TX.

Aspiring Latinx Leadership Institute (ALLÍ) is a five-month cohort experience for aspiring Latinx leaders looking to build their skills in school and systems leadership in the K-12 system, and receive career navigation support. ALLÍ will run from January -May 2023. ALLÍ is co-created by community partners.

LEE National and Virtual Workshops

From beginner to advanced, Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) hosts dozens of self-paced online courses and virtual & in-person events that offer concrete skill-building opportunities. These programs guide members on the fundamentals of organizing within your community, getting involved in policy & advocacy, pursuing elected office, and so much more. Virtual events also provide space to meet fellow equity-minded members working toward similar goals.

 

PowerHour5 (pH5) is a 5 week, cohort-based learning and collaboration series for school and systems leaders. Each pH5 series will focus on a different theme/topic relevant to the moment and integrate learning from experts and collaborative space for participants. Participants will meet weekly for 5 weeks. Participants will meet for 2 hours each week. This program is open to all school and system leaders, including non TFA alum. There is no cost. PowerHour5 will be held virtually 3 times throughout the year with cohorts starting in–September/October 2022, January 2023, and April 2023.
