The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will play a critical role in the implementation of TTAP during school year 2022-23. This position will ensure strong coordination between the Student Assessment Division’s Strategy and Operations team, Content team, and TEA’s vendors. This role will help to develop and execute a data gathering strategy that will be used to evaluate TTAP’s efficacy and to update the Texas Legislature about TTAP’s impact on students and educator’s instructional practices. This role will also support the strategic development and delivery of training materials, directly support district and campus administrators, perform analyses that offer insights into TTAP and other assessment programs, and assist with program management as needed on other strategic initiatives.
