The Human Resources Operations Specialist sits on the Employee Engagement and Human Resources (HR) Operations team. In addition to supporting employee engagement and organizational culture, this team also supports internal-facing HR systems and structures to ensure we remain a cohesive and highly coordinated division. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into the human resources field.

Here are a few highlights about the position—

  • In partnership with the Director, the Specialist designs user-centered approaches for critical HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, and supports cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and systems within and/or managed by the Human Resources division
  • This individual serves as one of the first points of contact for new hires and leads New Employee Orientation twice a month
  • The Specialist serves as a technical resource for the HR team, supports special projects, and manages systems/processes related to the agency’s internal operating procedures
  • Annual salary is between $62-68K, based on experience
